For the first headquarters of the venture firm specializing in software start-ups we transformed a second level warehouse shell into a daylit, open office environment with conference rooms and partners’ private offices. Cherrywood counters top the central credenzas of resource documents directly beneath original wood plank ceilings with overhead skylights, and provide work planes for the technical research library that is at the heart of their main business of assessing risk.
