The lobby for San Francisco’s leading newspaper inspired a unique partition wall of glass panels etched with the most significant headlines in its history. In addition we designed a custom reception desk and waiting area with a maple-veneered wall, framing screens broadcasting live from their television properties. The ceiling was painted a dark celestial blue adorned with a constellation of gold leaf letters symbolizing the elemental units of the newspaper product. All these elements combine to communicate to staff and visitors alike the past, present and future aspirations of the company.
