Inheriting headquarters space from Clifbar, Annie’s Natural Foods sought to re-shape a fragmented floorplan into a worker-friendly palette of open & private offices, lounge areas, gymnasium, test kitchen, dining area and conference rooms.  By simply removing select partition walls, clearing up existing skylights, installing recycled work stations, and establishing loop circulation the new plan produced a fluid work environment flexible enough to accommodate multiple work styles and team environments.  Daylighting, modified mechanical systems and common office bicycles all contributed to LEED Gold Certification. The new headquarters set the stage for Annie’s highly successful IPO.
